Hi there

I’m Natalie (she/they) — a queer D&D nerd, a cat mom to Arthur & Merlin, a people ops professional, and a writer of fiction and blogs and poetry.

Most importantly, I’m a mom to my daughter, Reese.

This project started six hours after Reese was born, when I opened a Google document in my hospital room and wrote her my first letter. It officially started on this site in January 2025 just after Reese turned seven months old and a month after her adoption was finalized.

After six years of writing on my blog Life Is About Creating Yourself, I created this space to honor the new chapter of my life. In the end, these are love letters to my daughter.
